Shipping Locations

We currently ship to all locations within India. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.

Shipping Charges

We are pleased to offer free shipping on all orders.

Estimated Delivery Time

All orders are shipped via standard shipping. The estimated delivery times are:

  • Metro cities: 3-5 business days
  • Non-metro cities and rural areas: 5-7 business days

Please note that delivery times are approximate and may vary based on external factors such as holidays or weather conditions.

Order Processing

  1. Order Confirmation:
    • After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details.
    • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  2. Shipping Confirmation:
    • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email along with your tracking number.

Tracking Your Order

You will receive a tracking number after your order is dispatched. This allows you to track your shipment online.

Delivery Issues

  1. Incorrect Address:
    • Ensure that your shipping address is accurate. SHREE NATH TEXTILE is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. Please contact us immediately to correct any address issues before the order is shipped.
  2. Undelivered Packages:
    • If your package cannot be delivered after multiple attempts or is returned to us, we will contact you to arrange for reshipping.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

In case of any issues with your shipment:

  • Lost Shipments: If your package is marked as delivered but you haven't received it, please contact us within 48 hours.
  • Damaged Shipments: If your package arrives damaged, send us photos, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
