✅ 7-Day Return & Exchange Window

• You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.

 

✅ Exchanges – First One’s On Us

• One-time size exchange is absolutely free.
• Exchange is only applicable for the same product in a different size.
• If your desired size is unavailable, you can opt for a refund or store credit.
  
  

✅ Returns – Flat ₹99 Handling Fee

• We charge a ₹99 return fee per return request. This is deducted from your refund or store credit.
• Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
• For COD orders, refunds will be processed via store credit or bank transfer. (You will have to share bank details in case you need the refund in your bank account)
  

📦 Return/Exchange Conditions

To be eligible, the item must be:

• Unused and unwashed
• In original packaging with all tags intact
• Not damaged or altered in any way

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

• Items that show signs of wear or washing.
• Items marked as Final Sale or Clearance
  
  

🚚 How to Request a Return or Exchange

1. Email us at hello@mytruetee.com with your order ID and issue.
2. Our team will respond within 24–48 hours.
3. Once approved, we’ll schedule a pickup.
4. After receiving the item, we’ll process your exchange or refund.
   
   

❌ Cancellations

• You may cancel your order before it is shipped.
• Once shipped, cancellations are no longer possible - you may return the item once it’s delivered (return fee applies).
• To cancel, email us at hello@mytruetee.com with your order ID ASAP.
