We started TrueTee with a simple belief, good quality clothing should be accessible and honestly priced. What began as an idea is now turning into something real, with customers, orders, learnings, and a lot of experiments along the way.

As we grow, we’ve realised something important: growth doesn’t come from one channel or one hack. It comes from consistent effort, creative thinking, and a willingness to try, fail, and learn fast.

That’s why we’re looking to bring a Growth Intern on board: someone who wants to learn by doing and help us grow TrueTee from the inside.

Location: Remote
 Duration: 6 months (with opportunity to convert to full-time)
 Stipend: ₹20,000/month

What you’ll do

As a Growth Intern, you’ll work closely with the founders and take real ownership of growth. This is not a passive role.

  • Help grow our audience on social media (Instagram, Twitter, Facebook etc.)
  • Come up with creative content ideas that make the brand engaging and shareable (viral)
  • Help drive traffic to mytruetee.com and improve conversions
  • Take charge of social media planning and posting strategy
  • Assist in creating and improving ad creatives (Meta, Google, etc.)
  • Experiment with new growth ideas, formats, and campaigns
  • Share insights, learnings, and suggestions to improve our website and brand presence
  • Define the content strategy and persona of the brand

What we’re looking for

  • Someone creative, curious, and proactive, looking to learn and grow.
  • Basic experience in growing an audience online or managing social media pages
  • Good understanding of what works on Instagram, Twitter, and the internet in general
  • Comfortable experimenting, failing, and learning fast
  • Interest in D2C brands, fashion, content, or startups
  • Clear communication and ability to work independently
